We contracted with Lakeside Renovations & Design to replace the original construction-grade windows and framing on the front of our home with Marvin windows and James Hardie trim. Lakeside is very well organized and efficient. Their construction crews are top-notch. Communications with the project manager were outstanding throughout the process. One piece of James Hardie board siding was damaged during one window install. Lakeside quickly sent out a siding specialist to replace the board.

Used Lakeside for new windows for our entire house. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger when we first contacted them. Even with that information they were professional and courteous at all times. We were contacted the appropriate amount of times while we were deciding what we wanted to do. Any time we were contacted there was never any pressure-just them checking in to answer any questions we may have. We looked at some of the other window installers in town but they just didn’t feel right. Once we decided to go with Lakeside the communication was excellent and the installers showed up on time or even early on each day. We were a full week long project and we kept waiting for an issue to arrive and it never did. Everyone from sales to installers to follow up were awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first for any future project that we may have.

I had them replace my roof, gutters, all of my windows and siding. Fantastic quality and attention to detail. Their lead installers on all three projects were outstanding in their experience and desire to make me happy and deliver a finished product that exceeded my expectations. They replaced 25 windows during the coldest weather this year right after our first ice storm of the year. All finished in a day and a half, with minimal disruption of our home. Our siding is better than I expected. They installed James Hardy siding and house wrap. My home looks infinitely better then it did when I built it 25 years ago. My home is now exceptionally quiet and more energy efficient. Interior temperatures remain stable and my heating costs are less. I would definitely recommend contacting LakeSide for your remodeling project.

Without a doubt the finest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. When you make a sizeable investment in your home, you want quality products and professional installers. Lakeside went above and beyond any of my expectations and continues to do so when I have requested additional services. As an example, when my new windows were installed an issue arose that they brought to my attention, fixed on their own dime and made it right. They could have easily have covered up the problem and I would have never known. I would give Lakeside my highest recommendation.

Lakeside replaced 78 windows and all of the siding on our atrium ranch home in 2012. The house looks tremendous and their level of craftsmanship is second to none! Their crews are professional, courteous, and timely and it shows in the finished product. If you're not convinced in the investment in Lakeside, take a look at any house that wasn't upgraded by them and then look at one of their jobs. The results simply don't compare. A++ in every way!!!
